At the heart of the kitchen is Chef Miki D’Angelo, originally from Marche,
a region known for its bold, rustic cuisine and coastal influences.
His menu is a celebration of regional Italian flavours,
with a focus on seasonal antipasti, housemade pasta 手工意大利面 — like our potato gnocchi with wagyu ragù 和牛肉酱 — and dry-aged wagyu steaks 和牛牛排 from the grill.
